Come and join advanced cycling coach and former professional cyclist Brenton Jones for some fun on the MTB at Rokeby Recreation Reserve. Riders will enjoy a selection of activities and JigSaw Jumps to progress their riding under the guidance of Brenton. Working on improving bike handling skills, creating stability and speed in the corners and learning the fundamentals of bunny hopping, jumping and pumping, this session will be sure to have riders having fun and coming back for more!

Advance MTB skills and techniques will be practiced and taught to provide riders with the essential skills to tackle any MTB riding terrain or obstacles.

Prior experience riding a MTB is desired, however not necessary. Riders must be able to pedal their bikes by themselves and have some confidence riding on grass and off-road surfaces.

To bring: MTB in working order (Tyres pumped up), Helmet, Gloves recommended, Drink bottle, comfortable MTB riding clothing or sports gear.

We ask that participants attending, bring their own bike & helmet for this session.
