The Generations in Motion Walk & Picnic is a family-friendly event benefiting Council on Aging Services for Seniors, happening Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Spring Lake in Santa Rosa. Check-in begins at 10:00 AM, with the walk starting at 11:30 AM. With multiple walking routes to suit any fitness level or ability, this event promotes health, wellness, and community-building, all while raising funds to support Sonoma County's aging population. This event is designed to connect families and all generations, creating a fun and inclusive experience for everyone. When you register, you’ll receive your own fundraising page to share with friends and family, making it easy to rally support for this important cause. Enjoy activities like a bubble station, a community fair featuring local nonprofits, and reserved picnic tables near the swimming lagoon to relax after the walk. You can bring your own picnic lunch or purchase a delicious picnic-style meal crafted by our Meals on Wheels kitchen. Kona Ice will also be on-site to add a sweet treat to the day.
