Celebrating 40 Years of Dreams

This year, Help Fill A Dream proudly celebrates 40 years of supporting children with critical illnesses and the families who stand beside them. Since 1986, nearly 4,000 families across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands have had their lives touched by a Dream. What began as a simple act of compassion has grown into a large extended family, one that continues to expand as Dream recipients and their families stay connected and remain part of the Help Fill A Dream community.

Celebrating 14 Years as a TC10K Charity Partner

Over the past 14 years, over $50,000 has been raised through the generosity of TC10K participants. And well over 50,000 glasses of water have been handed out by our enthusiastic volunteers at the Help Fill A Dream aid/ water station. Your donations matter: they directly fund experiences that create lasting memories, lift spirits during difficult times, and remind children they are not alone. By giving, you help turn Dreams into reality.

This milestone year belongs to everyone who has been part of the Help Fill A Dream story: families, donors, volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and runners, walkers and rollers. We invite you to celebrate 40 years of Dreams with us by joining our Help Fill A Dream team and / or donating to support Vancouver Island children with critical illnesses.

Your gift helps grant heartfelt Dreams and provides practical support to kids and families navigating critical illnesses.
