Calgary High Schools' Adventure Race
Get ready for an unforgettable day of teamwork, endurance, and outdoor excitement at the Calgary High Schools' Adventure Race! Designed for high school students from across the city, this dynamic, multi-discipline event challenges teams to navigate through a series of thrilling stages that test physical stamina, strategic thinking, and collaboration.
Inspired by the spirit of adventure, this event features activities such as trail running, mountain biking, and orienteering that highlight the natural beauty and terrain around Calgary, specifically in Fish Creek Park. Teams of 4 will work together to complete the course, solving problems and making strategic route choices along the way.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a new kind of challenge, the Calgary High Schools' Adventure Race offers an inclusive, supportive environment where students can push their limits, build lasting friendships, and create memories that go beyond the finish line.
*In some cases, junior high outdoor education students may be able to participate - a responsible adult(s) may race alongside a team, but may not assist in the competitive elements (navigation, etc.) of the event.
Please note we need 15 teams to move forward with this event. If you'd like information so you can share with friends and teammates, please reach out to us!
