My Story…
Year 4 of walking the half marathon to raise funds for Open Hand Ministries, which remains committed to its mission to provide affordable housing options to folks in the East End of Pittsburgh. In our current economy, this work is needed more than ever! I may walk a little slower this year—somehow I haven’t had as much time for long walks lately!— but I’m ready to do it anyway to support this important endeavor.
