Volunteer Registration is Now Open for the 2026 West Van Run!
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to help put on an unforgettable race weekend for our community! Volunteer opportunities are available both in the lead-up to the event week and during the event week, giving you a chance to support the event, meet fellow runners, and earn rewards—including race entries and lovelarte gift cards!
Park Royal Promo Booth Volunteers (January & February)
Staff the West Van Run booth at Park Royal on weekends
Morning and afternoon shifts available
Answer questions about the event and engage with the community
Race Week Volunteers (March 5 – 8)
Thursday, March 5: Package Pickup
Friday, March 6: Package Pickup
Friday, March 6: Race Venue Setup
Saturday, March 7: Event Day Support
Sunday, March 8: Event Day Support
Join the organizing crew to help make race week run smoothly! Volunteers can sign up for multiple shifts across both Promo Days and Race Week and use those combined shifts toward volunteer rewards.
Volunteer Rewards
All volunteers → West Van Run t-shirt
1 shift → $15 gift card to lovelarte
2 shifts → $25 gift card to lovelarte
3 shifts → Entry into the 5K or 10K or $35 gift card to lovelarte
4 shifts → Entry into both the 5K and 10K or $45 gift card to lovelarte
Important: Event day volunteers must attend one training session the week before the event.
