- Between the races / after your race, there is live entertainment, a barbecue, and the running of the untimed 400m!

Strollers and their passengers are free, and must be registered through this system. In the event, they must be accompanied (pushed) by a participant in a different sub-event. Finisher medals aren't included.

Registration Policy
Refunds are not available, but deferrals and transfers are outlined in the waiver that each participant agrees to upon registration. For any help or clarification, the only channel available to participants is to email registrationpolicy@runwaterloo.com. This is the only inbox where registration policy questions are received, and we reply quickly with information and address concerns.
Participant swag
- Every finisher in any event receives a finisher medal. Note that the charms attached depend on distance: none for 400m, one for 5k or 8k, and three for douleheader (5,8,13).
- Every participant has the option to purchase a technical t-shirt during registration, while supplies last. When choosing a t-shirt, consult this guide.
- Stickers are available at kit pickup, one per person, under a first-come, first-served policy.
