Set amongst the stunning wine region of Mudgee in New South Wales, the Mudgee Classic offers 7 courses over two days.
On Saturday 2 May, the Dirty Mudgee will return with two brand-new courses: the 55km Dash and 90km Grit. Starting and finishing at Cooyal Hall, there's more uninterrupted gravel runs pure adventure terrain than ever before.
Sunday, 3 May there are 4 Gran Fondo road cycling courses to choose from: 170km Maxi Classic, 120km Challenge Classic, 65km Rouleurs Classic and the 35km Social Classic.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Cycling insurance is compulsory. During the registration process, you will be asked to note your current insurance cover and insurance number (ie. AusCycling). It is your responsibility to ensure your membership covers you for mass-participation events. Refer to your insurer’s conditions if you are unsure. If you do not have appropriate insurance, you will be asked to take out Day Insurance for a fee of $10.
- Age Restrictions: The minimum age for the Gran Fondo road courses is 12 years old. Riders aged between 12-16 must hold an AusCycling Race Licence (excluding 35km Social Classic riders) and be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event. The minimum age for the Dirty Mudgee gravel courses is 16 years old. 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.
- Dirty Mudgee Cut-Off Times and Support: The Dirty Mudgee gravel course is remote and self-supported. By registering you understand that on-course assistance is limited. Dirty Mudgee riders must maintain an average speed of 20 km/h and agree to follow course directions at the designated time cut location at the 30km mark.
- Cancellation Policy: Enhanced Refund Protection is offered during the registration process for an additional fee. If you do not take out this protection, you can defer your registration to Mudgee Classic 2027 if you contact info@cyclingclassics.com.au by 8 March, 2026.
