Over its 24-year history, A Silver Lining Foundation has evolved from a single outreach initiative into a comprehensive network of person-centered, culturally responsive programs working to advance health equity among medically underserved populations. Collectively, agency programs span the full breast health continuum of care, including screening, diagnostic evaluation, and biopsy (when medically indicated); facilitated access to treatment options through agreements with partner hospitals; education and advocacy; and survivorship support.
