Want to spread the cost of your entry? No problem. We have set up a payment plan option for 5 day event, which is available until 5 October 2025. The full cost of a payment plan entry is $1,499 plus we recommended adding Entry Fee Protection to each payment. This is available to both NZ and International Riders
- Initial Entry $299, due at the time of entry
- Payment 1 $240, due 20 October 2025
- Payment 2 $240, due 20 November 2025
- Payment 3 $240, due 20 December 2025
- Payment 4 $240, due 20 January 2026
- Payment 5 $240, due 20 February 2026
HOW TO ENTER WITH PAYMENT PLAN
- Click "register" and select your desired 5 day event, follow the online prompts to complete your entry.
- Copy and past the promo code PAYMENTPLAN26 into the promo code section
- Review and complete your entry.
- We will send you payment request emails on the due to complete your instalments via email. You will have 7 days to pay the instalment from the dates dates above.
NOTES ON PAYMENT PLAN
- Payment plans are not eligible for the early entry discount.
- All Payment plans are subject to the event refund policy
- We recommend you add the Enhanced Refund Protection cover to your entry.
- Payment instalments over 21 days overdue will be withdrawn from the event.
