Mill River Resort SPUD RUN 2025

Presented by the Western Region Sport and Recreation Council

Join us for The Mill River Resort Spud Run 2025 The race will take place on July 19th, 2025. The event will start and finish at the Mill River Resort Aquaplex Parking Lot. We will be offering a 5K and 10k walk or run, and a 1K for families and kids who would like to try a chipped timed race! We would like to thank our Title sponsor, Mill River Resort for giving us the opportunity to bring an event like this to the Western Region.

The Western Region Sport and Recreation Council works hard to bring quality events, sport and recreation programming to the Western Region of PEI! Our mandate at the council is to provide low to no cost sport and recreation activities that promote healthy living in the Western Region. All monies raised will be used to support programming by the Western Region Sport and Recreation Council (GoWestPEI). Programs include Try Hockey, After School, Ball Hockey, Kayaking, Pickleball Programs, Come Try Events, Hikefest, Zumba Classes, Low Impact Fitness Classes, Summer Camps and so much more!

Registration begins at 8:00am and races begin at 9:00am. Bring your family and friends out to cheer you on, enjoy some music and refreshments at the finish line!
