My Story…
I am raising $1,500 CAD (just over $1,000 USD) to support young Black girls in elementary school in rural Guruve, Zimbabwe (my country of origin).
This initiative is deeply personal. It is inspired by my late mother, who was married at just 18 years old to my father, who was 52years old at the time—simply because my grandfather could not afford her school fees. This is something that should never have happened… but the reality is, it still does.
Education should never be a privilege—it should be a right.
The funds raised will support two young girls for an entire school year, covering:
• School fees
• Uniforms
• Learning supplies
• Basic groceries to support their well-being
This is more than just financial support—it’s an opportunity to change the trajectory of a life.
If you’re able to give, share, or support in any way, it would mean the world.
Let’s keep girls in school. Let’s change stories.
Yours Truly,
