I’m proud to be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women this June in Winnipeg. Mental health impacts every workplace, every family, and every community — and I believe in taking action, not just having conversations. This event raises critical funds for local women’s mental health programs and helps reduce stigma through visibility and community support. As a Mental Health Champion and facilitator, I see firsthand how powerful education and early support can be. Participating in this run is one more way to stand alongside those navigating mental health challenges and to advocate for accessible care and supports.
