At 14, life can feel overwhelming sometimes, but when I’m running everything seems to get a little quieter. Every step reminds me that I’m stronger than my worries and I’m capable of doing hard things. I’m running not just for me, but for every woman that has ever felt overwhelmed, unheard, or alone. It’s okay to take things one step at a time 💗
