Our story…

Welcome to Knead for Speed! - a group comprising of Registered Massage Therapists who are hoping to make a difference for women everywhere. Through our fundraising efforts, we aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and support programs that help women access the care, resources, and compassion they deserve.

Last year, Selano pledged to run the 2025 Manitoba Half-Marathon in a banana suit if the fundraising goal of $500 was reached. He did it and held his promise! Although he won't be able to run the half-marathon again this year, you can decide what costume he wears for the 2026 Run for Women event!
