I’m running because there’s nothing more powerful than women showing up for each other and choosing to move and empower each other. Women’s health, is health and deserves the spot light. So let’s show up for the ladies! This run is my way of choosing strength, community, and action. I’m proud to challenge myself while supporting women’s mental health and being part of something bigger than just the finish line.
