I’m running a 10K in support of women’s mental health—a cause that means a lot to me. Through my own personal experiences, and seeing women in my life overcome their own challenges, I’ve come to value how essential it is that women have access to the care, support, and resources they need, and that mental health is spoken about more openly and without stigma.
