My Story…
Dear friends and family,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out to ask for your support in promoting youth mental health awareness—an issue that affects individuals, families, and communities everywhere. Despite growing conversations around youth mental health, many still face stigma, limited access to care, and a lack of resources when they need help most.
On Sunday June 7th, my goal is to bike 50 km in the Forest City Cycling Challenge to raise awareness and support youth health care in Middlesex County (London, Ontario area). Your financial donation can make a meaningful impact. Contributions will help fund and support youth mental health care via St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation.
