7:30am - Runners Village Opens
8:00am - Opening Remarks
8:25am - 5K Warm Up
8:30am - Main Street 5K Starts*
10:00am - Kids 1K Warm Up & Kids 1K Dash Starts
*During registration you will be asked to select your anticipated 5K completion time (Event Timing is activated only when each participant crosses the Start/Finish line):
🔴 Red: 25 mins or less
🟡 Yellow: 25-35 mins
🔵 Blue: 35-45 mins
🟢 Green: 45+ mins
Parking
The Thicketwood Parking Lot is located at Booth Street & Park Drive (accessible only from Booth Street).
Parking is also available at the Leisure Centre (accessible from the South entrance on Park Drive at Hoover Park).
Medical
First Aid will be provided by Odyssey Medical in the Runners Village (in Memorial Park) as well as on route.
Hydration
Water Stations will be located in the Runners Village (in Memorial Park) as well as on the 5K Route located approximately at the 2.5km and 4km marks.
Washrooms
Washrooms are located in the Runners Village (in Memorial Park) on the South Side of the park inside the building. Porta-Potties will also be located on the 5K Route approximately at the 2.5km and 4km marks.
