Marathons For Mental Health 5k/10k Race

Join Us for the Third Annual Marathons for Mental Health Race – May 24, 2026!

We're excited to announce that the third annual Marathons for Mental Health race will take place on May 24, 2026, at Gibbons Park in London, ON! The race will feature both 5K and 10K distances, open to runners and walkers alike.

Our goal is to raise funds in support of #IVEGOTYOURBACK911, a campaign that contributes to numerous organizations across Canada dedicated to first responder mental health initiatives. At the end of the running season, proceeds from this event will be donated to this impactful cause.

Registration Breakdown:

• 60% of registration fees will be donated directly to #IVEGOTYOURBACK911.

• 40% will go toward improving your race day experience.

Race Details:

📍 Location: Gibbons Park, London, ON
📅 Date: Sunday, May 24, 2026
☀️ Rain or Shine: Be prepared for all weather conditions.
🛣️ Course Surface: Asphalt path along the Thames Valley Parkway (TVP)
🚶‍♀️ Please stay to the right of the path unless passing, as the TVP will remain open to the public.

⏰ Start Times:

• 10K – 4:15 pm

• 5K – 4:30 pm

Spectators:
Gibbons Park offers multiple vantage points along the course. Invite your friends and family to cheer you on and celebrate at the finish line!

Bib Pickup:
Race-day pickup will be at Gibbons Park on race day.

Parking:
Limited parking is available in the park’s lots. Nearby street parking is an option—please follow all City of London parking regulations, as the event is not liable for any infractions or tickets.

Timing Services:
Official chip timing will be provided by Chiptime Results.

Course:

Water Stations:
Hydration will be available at the start/finish area and throughout the course.

Washrooms:
Restroom facilities will be accessible at Gibbons Park.
