Ronald McDonald House Maritimes helps families with sick children stay together and near the medical care they need.

Imagine learning that your child is ill and that you will need to travel to a different city to receive the medical care they need – away from your home, your job and your support system. This is the reality for more than 70% of Canadian families with seriously ill or injured children.

For those families, Ronald McDonald House Maritimes is there to help. Their programs include Ronald McDonald House®, a “home-away-from-home” for out of town families with sick children, and two Ronald McDonald Family Rooms® that provide an oasis of calm and support inside the hospital.
