My Story…

From couch to 5K. Raising awareness and funds for the Down Syndrome Society. This is my first attempt to do something like this. Who says getting a bronze on the school based fitness test means I’ll never be a runner/ jogger/ walker. Heck I’ll be all three. Wish me luck and a nice breeze!
