This year, Team CAFNS is lacing up for the Blue Nose Marathon to support the Children’s Aid Foundation of Nova Scotia (CAFNS)—and we’re inviting you to join us in making a meaningful difference for vulnerable children and youth across the province.

Why We’re Running

Every child deserves the chance to grow, dream, and thrive. But for children and youth, opportunities that many take for granted—like attending summer camp, participating in sports, or accessing essential supports—are often out of reach.

CAFNS works to bridge that gap. Our mission is to partner with communities to provide vulnerable kids and youth with what they need to thrive. By joining our team or supporting our runners, you are directly contributing to life-changing opportunities.

Our Goal: Send 25 Kids to Camp This Summer

Summer camp is more than just fun—it builds confidence, creates lifelong memories, and gives kids a chance to experience belonging and joy. Last summer, the average cost to send one child to camp was $400.

This year, Team CAFNS is stepping up with a goal to raise enough to send 25 children to camp across Nova Scotia.

Your donation—big or small—will help us get there. Together, we can make sure kids who need it most experience the magic of camp.
