TRANSFER YOUR ENTRY
If you are unable to join us on race weekend, you are allowed to transfer your entry to someone else. The transfer option is available until April 11th, 2026 at 11:59pm. After this deadline, all person-to-person transfers must be completed in person at the Help Desk during Kit Pickup.
Fraud Warning: DO NOT send money directly or via a third-party app/E-Transfer. All transfers are completed through Race Roster's registration form using a credit card. Only trust emails sent from the official Race Roster domain: @raceroster.com. Be cautious of emails that look similar but have small differences.
There are two types of transfers available for this year's event:
Transfer your registration to a new person in the same sub-event
Online transfers are closed as of April 11th at 11:59pm.
Now, all person-to-person transfers must be completed in person at the Help Desk during Kit Pickup.
Only the person accepting the transfer needs to come to the Help Desk with: the original person's bib number (which will be sent event week) and written permission (text or email) to transfer the registration.
The new participant should pick up the original person's bib and take it to the Help Desk to complete the transfer. The recipient of the transfer will pay the registration fee and $10 transfer fee, and the first person will receive a refund through Race Roster.
Transfer your registration to a new sub-event - CLOSED
- IMPORTANT: Distance transfers are subject to availability. Once a distance is sold out, transfers into that distance are not permitted.
Distance transfers are now closed as all sub-events are sold out.
