Set against the backdrop of the South Okanagan’s rolling hills, the 2026 Oliver Triathlon delivers a race experience like no other. Swim in the spring-fed waters of Tucelnuit Lake—refreshing and race-ready with early June temps between 18–22°C. Ride along quiet country roads past sun-drenched vineyards and scenic vistas. Then run through friendly neighbourhoods and alongside the Okanagan River, where the cheers will carry you to the finish line.

Refund, Transfer And Deferral Policy
We are offering athletes the option to opt-in for the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program with their entry...this will allow you to register with confidence knowing that in the event of the following circumstances you will be able to recover your entry fees:
- Last minute work conflicts
- Injuries
- Family emergencies
- Unexpected illness
- Car accidents
- And several more common issues that can sneak up.
The cost of this third-party program is noted during registration and you will be eligible for a refund if you need to cancel for reasons covered under the policy.
With the addition of this option we have a no rollover/refund policy in place to ensure we are prepared well ahead of race day to execute a premium event. This policy is applied to all entries and athletes without prejudice.
All race entries are NON-REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to not opt in for coverage you will forfeit your option to recoup any costs associated with your registration.
Race Transfers - Event to Event
In the event that you are unable to race in an event that you are currently registered, race transfers to another one of our Series events in the SAME calendar year are possible up until 14 days from the race day you are currently registered for, requests MUST be completed prior to the 14 day prior deadline. Only one transfer per fully paid registration is allowed. A transfer fee of $50 + Race Roster processing fees will be applied to ALL transfers, regardless of distance of the original registration. In order to initiate this process you will need to email Athlete Services - support@dynamicraceevents.com
Registration pricing differences will be applied if the transfer is to an event with a higher entry fee.
If you have opted in for the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program for your original race entry and choose to transfer to another event, this will nullify your policy and your new event entry will NOT be covered under your original policy.
Race Transfers - Athlete to Athlete
Transfers to another participant are available up until 14 days prior to the event (transfer must be COMPLETED by that time). A fee of $25 applies. This can be facilitated within your Race Roster athlete dashboard. If you have opted in for Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program policy does not transfer to the new athlete.
Changing Race Distances
Registered athletes can switch race distances in the SAME event (ex. from Sprint to Standard or Standard to Sprint) on their Race Roster athlete dashboard up until 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued for athletes "racing down".
Sub-event transfers after 14 days must be requested to Athlete Services - support@dynamicraceevents.com
Sub-event transfers are subject to availability within each sub-event.
Cancellation due to weather or unsafe conditions: An event may be delayed or cancelled due to adverse, inclement, or unsafe weather. Should the event be delayed, the starting time of the event will be moved back accordingly. The delay will be communicated to all participants. Event management team and local law enforcement have the authority to cancel an event if deemed unsafe to continue. If cancellation of an event takes place, please follow instructions of the event officials and local law enforcement personnel. Your entry fee is non-refundable in the event the race is cancelled due to adverse, inclement, or unsafe weather.
Advertised Courses: All of our events and courses are planned well in advance and advertised in good faith as such. As with all events, permitting does not occur until closer to the event date by those agencies which we are required to submit our applications. As such, all courses are considered 'pending approval' of final permit and may, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as construction, flooding or other uncontrollable acts, be changed to ensure distance, permit approval and athlete safety. Course changes will be shared with registered athletes as soon as they have been confirmed with all stakeholders. Entry fees are non-refundable in the event of a course change.
COVID-19/ Global Pandemic: Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Program does NOT reimburse for events cancelled or postponed due to any general restrictions imposed on traveling or gathering as a result of COVID-19/ Global Pandemic
