My Story…
This year I signed up to run the City to Surf in Perth to help raise money for genU, an organisation that supports people with disability to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
I used to run quite a bit years ago but, like a lot of things, that slowly faded once life got busy and we had our daughter Liana.
Recently I decided it was time to get back into it. I want to stay healthy, get fit again, and hopefully set a good example for my little one as she grows up.
I have already started training again and even signed up for a 10km race in April to get myself back into running shape before the City to Surf in August.
