My Story…
Hi, I’m Lauren — a mum, teacher and proud participant in this year’s City to Surf. I’m raising money and awareness for people living with disability, a cause that is very close to my heart both personally and professionally. Through my work in education, I see every day how important inclusion, support and opportunity are for helping people thrive. Balancing training alongside family life and teaching has been a challenge, but knowing I’m supporting such an important cause keeps me motivated every step of the way. This year, I’m proudly taking part in the 2026 Chevron City to Surf for genU! I’m doing this to empower Western Australians living with disability - helping them grow their independence, achieve their goals, and live life to the fullest.
