My Story...
This year, I’m giving myself a birthday challenge that feels especially meaningful.
On my birthday, I’ll be running the Twin Cities Medtronic 10 Mile Race, and I’m hoping to raise $400 for the Tanzania Life Project — an organization that is especially close to my heart because of my brother-in-law's family and the work they’ve built through it.
Running has always been something I genuinely love, so being able to tie that passion to a cause that means so much to our family makes this race feel like more than just a race.
And since it’s my birthday, I have two wishes this year: run it fast and raise enough to hit my $400 goal!

Description
I'm a member of the Tanzania Life Project team and running (and/or walking) a race as part of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend to help bring clean water access to communities in Tanzania.
Access to clean water changes everything—health, education, and opportunity for children and families. Together through Tanzania Life Project, we’re helping make that possible.
Every mile we run and every dollar raised goes toward sustainable clean water solutions, hygiene education, and human rights governance that empowers women and girls to overcome societal barriers that limit their opportunities. That's creating lasting impact!
