Raise money for Mandamus Reserve Charitable Trust
All proceeds from the Solar Power NZ Skedaddle support the Mandamus Reserve Charitable Trust, which manages a 3,300ha predator-controlled nature park at Island Hills Station. This area, including Canterbury’s largest QEII Covenant, is dedicated to restoring native biodiversity through pest and weed control, with the ultimate goal of reintroducing Great Spotted Kiwi. Funds from this year’s event will help purchase trail cameras and contract bird counting experts to measure conservation progress.
