My Story…

Hi there!

I was among the twenty-four adventurous locals who swam the inaugural Point to LaPointe Open Water Swim event in August of 2006 and have completed this 2.1 mile distance every year since! I am looking forward to the morning of August 1st to face this challenge one more time!

I never swim fast enough to take home a pottery mug full of blueberries, but I sure do love the Point to LaPointe hoodie that each swimmer receives! I also love the Bayfield Rec Center and am happy to support them and all that they offer to the community.

So THANK YOU for helping me raise money to benefit the Bayfield Rec Center.
