Volunteer details
Registration/Packet Pick Up
Tasks could be one or more of the below
- Distribute race bibs and shirts to registrants
- Sell baggage check tickets
- Provide race information to registrants
- Provide directions within the building
Packet Pick Up Dates and Times:
Fri April 10, 2026: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Sat April 11, 2026: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Outside Course Marshals
With a new start/finish venue and revised route, outside course marshals are extremely important in directing participants.
Marshals provide encouragement, support, and direction to participants.
Outside marshals could be assigned anywhere along the 30K route.
Water Stations
Water stations are staffed by organized groups. Please only register as a water station volunteer if you are part of the assigned group.
Water Station 1: John Smith's Group
Water Station 2: Stoney Creek Navy League
Water Station 3: 150 Hamilton Tiger Squadron
Water Station 4: Dr. Peter Lejkowski's Group
Water Station 5: Catherine E's Group
Finish Line Water Station - RHLI RCACC
ATB+ Race Day Pick-Up & Bag Check
Distribute bibs and shirts to ATB+ Race Day Pick Up purchasers.
Organize and staff bag check.
Volunteer willing to help anywhere needed
Willing to be assigned to any one of the volunteer positions.
10K Start Marshals
Assist in corralling 10K participants at the 10K start on the course at LaSalle Park in Burlington. 10K Start is just east of LaSalle Park
15K Start Marshals
Assist in corralling 15K participants at the holding area. 15K start on the course north of the Lift Bridge in Burlington.
Finish Line Marshals
Assist in keeping the finish line flowing and encouraging participants as they finish.
Ensuring only participants enter the finish line chute.
Volunteers will be contacted with their confirmed assigned positions in March.
