This is a point-to-point style race, starting at Pack Square Park and ending at Hi-Wire Brewing in the River Arts District. Participants can park in any of the available parking decks in downtown and have a short walk to the start line. Click here for a list of all available parking locations in downtown AVL.
After the race, a free participant shuttle will return runners back to Pack Square Park.
Shuttles pick up at the intersection of River Arts Place & Riverside Drive and return runners and spectators (spectator shuttle ticket required) to Downtown Asheville. Shuttles will leave every 15 minutes beginning at 7:30am and run until 11:30am.
IMPORTANT: There is no shuttle bus pickup from the finish area to the start line prior to the race on race morning.
Spectator Shuttle Tickets
The spectator shuttle ticket will allow non-runners to ride the shuttles all day for the event. Spectator Shuttle tickets can be purchased during registration or from the race store for $20.
- After the race starts, one Spectator Shuttle Bus will depart from the Start Area at Pack Square Park at 7:05am.
- Spectators may also utilize the shuttles from the finish back to Pack Square Park, with their shuttle ticket.

- Finish Area Shuttle: River Arts Place + Riverside Drive intersection VIEW MAP
There will also be a bag drop at the start line that will be moved to the finish line during the race.
