Worst Race Ever
Should we call this the BEST RACE EVER!? Nah...
Welcome to the Worst Race Ever, the 5K that proudly pokes fun at everything runners love to complain about. This year we're celebrating both the fastest and slowest animals out there - because whether you're racing like a cheetah or cruising like a sloth, you'll probably still wonder "Is this over yet?". Come run, walk, shuffle, or snack your way through the most fun you'll ever have at the worst race in town.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the race course due to safety concerns.

Location: Old Tiger Track (517 Tiger BLVD)
What Do You Get: Another race shirt, a bag with some stuff in it, some type of medal at the finish (if you actually show up and run), probably some other stuff but we have not thought that far ahead yet. Maybe tacos will be there, maybe not.

Award Info
Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers overall, top male and female masters (Age 50+), and the top 3 male and females in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 & Over. *Note that all awards are based on gun time.

Race Day Information
The race begins at 7:00am. Please allow yourself enough time to park and get to the starting area at Old Tiger Track. You may park in the Bentonville School Administration parking lot across from Old Tiger Track or in the parking lot at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School. The parking right by the track will not be available due to the start and finish line.
Your race packet contains your shirt, but it also contains a couple of important articles for your race participation...your race bib with your race number that's been assigned to you. Your timing chip is attached to your bib, and does not need to be removed. Do not remove your timing chip from your bib. Your race number should be affixed to the front of your outermost layer with the safety pins provided. Please be sure your bib is visible when you race!
