Thursday, January 1, 2026 – Bethany Beach Bandstand Plaza

Time: 8:30am – 9:30am

*Race day packet pick-up – Limited onsite registration

*Mandatory Pre-Race meeting at the starting line

*National Anthem at the starting line

*HOD – 5K Starts at Parkwood and Atlantic Ave

*1 Mile Walk starts after the 5K at approximately 10:05

Time: Noon Leo Brady Plunge on the beach in front of Bethany bandstand

Time: 11:00 – Noon

5K Run & 1 Mile Walk post event party 10:30 - Noon". "Entry allowed ONLY for event participants with bib or purchased wristband for Run/Walk". Features beer provided by NKS and samples from our famous Chili cook off from several local restaurants

Leo Brady Plunge post event celebration at The Boathouse 39817 Hickman Plaza Road - Open to the public and all you can eat taco buffet for anyone who purchases Plunge wristband

LIVE 5K OR 1 MILE WALK – AT THE BOARDWALK IN DOWNTOWN BETHANY BEACH, DELAWARE

Course

Fast and flat. 5k is one loop ending on Bethany Beach Boardwalk and the one mile
non competitive walk starts at Garfield and Atlantic Ave and does one loop with finish on the boardwalk.
