Volunteer Sign-up Information
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2nd annual Twin Cities Twilight Relays! If you already know what volunteer job you want to sign up for, scroll down, click the button, and get signed up. And if you need more information before signing up to volunteer, read on!
Twin Cities Twilight Relays volunteer opportunities include:
- Site Set-up: 1:00-4:00pm
- Race Day Packet Pick-up: 4:00-7:30pm
- Bike Valet: 4:30-9:15pm
- Finish Food & Hydration: 4:30-9:30pm
- Course Marshals: 5:00-9:15pm
- Green Team: 5:00-9:30pm
- Exchange Zone: 5:00-9:30pm
- Lead Cyclists: 5:30-7:30pm (end-time approximate)
- Site Clean-up: 8:00-10:00pm
All opportunities are on Friday, July 17. All Volunteers except Course Marshals will check in at Thomas Beach; Course Marshals will check in at an assigned location on course. All volunteers will receive a “final instructions” email from the event by 9:00pm on Wednesday, July 15 and will receive a small token of appreciation upon checking in. Thank you again for your interest in volunteering! All of the running events in our community couldn’t happen without the support of volunteers like you!
