Loyalty Status Eligibility
If you've participated in 2 events since 2023, you qualify for Tier 1 and will receive 5% off your registration.
If you've participated in 3 events since 2023, you qualify for Tier 2 and will receive 10% off your registration.
How do I verify my Loyalty Status?
1. Check your Loyalty Status here.
2. Type in your first and last name.
3. If you are eligible, your name will appear with your Loyalty Tier.
4. If you are not eligible, your name will NOT appear.
I'm appearing in the Loyalty List! What are the next steps?
To redeem your discount, when registering for the 2026 event be sure to select the discount amount you qualify for from the drop down under the Loyalty Discount Eligibility section on the registration form. Screenshot below for reference!
Why might my name not appear in the database?
Our loyalty database requires an exact match of your first name, last name, and email address in all registrations. Your name might not appear if:
1. You changed your last name.
2. You spelled your name wrong during registration.
3. You registered under a nickname.
4. You registered under different email addresses.
