The Foundation manages more than 200 funds supporting Atrium Health, including the Carolinas Rehabilitation Fund, the Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program Fund, the Spinal Cord Injury Fund, and the Logan Stroud Special Needs Fund. CAROLINAS REHABILITATION FUND
This fund supports the most critical programmatic and facilities needs of Carolinas Rehabilitation, including professional education opportunities for nursing and therapy staff, patient and family support programs, community outreach, and facility enhancements.
