Open Water swim from Beaumaris Beach, near LSC to Mentone Beach, near LSC.
Approx 3km in the shadow of the Beaumaris Cliffs
The Cliff Swim is an open water 3km swim starting at Beaumaris Life Saving Club following the length of Beaumaris Cliffs to the beginning of Mentone Beach then along the beach finishing near the Mentone Life Saving Club.
The Cliff Swim gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself while enjoying the reef's abundant sea life and the beautiful sandstone cliffs.
This year we will run 2 waves with slower swimmers starting at 8.00am and faster swimmers starting at 8.15am. You can select which wave you join at the time of registering.
We pride ourselves in our relaxed atmosphere, well-marked course and friendly volunteers. The entire swim stays close to the shoreline with poles on the right of swimmers, making pacing and distances easy to judge. Occasionally we have some big open-water swimming names joining us. We would love for you to join us for the 6th Cliff Swim and enjoy this amazing sport.

Cliff Swim - Time over 70 mins (Wave 1)
You will swim in Wave 1 at 8.00am
Cliff Swim- Time less than 70 mins (Wave 2)
You will swim in Wave 2 at 8.15am
