Join Us for the LECOM 5K Run/Walk!

Since 2013, this popular and successful event has brought the community together to support a great cause. Join us on the beautiful downtown Bradenton Riverwalk to run or walk the 5k (3.1 miles) course!

The race will take participants across the iconic Green Bridge and back, finishing along the scenic Bradenton Riverwalk.

Packet pick-up will be located at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Medical Building on Friday, February 20 from 4pm – 6pm. The address is 5000 Lakewood Ranch Blvd, Bradenton, FL 34211. Please follow the signs to the back of the building. A map is also provided.

Participants may also pick up their packets on race day, Saturday, February 21, starting at 7am. The location is near the registration table near the starting line.

The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine continues growing rapidly, attracting some of the brightest candidates for the College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, School of Pharmacy, School of Podiatric Medicine, School of Health Services Administration, and School of Biomedical Sciences. While LECOM maintains one of the lowest private medical school tuitions in the country, these students face mounting debt as they complete their education. Each year, the college conducts fundraisers only for the purpose of providing scholarships to our students. Your support of the LECOM Student Scholarship Fund will help deserving students fulfill their dreams of becoming physicians, pharmacists, and dentists.
