The Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre (DEWC) operates low-barrier drop-in centres and shelters across the DTES, providing safety, support, nutritious meals, and essential services to women in the community. Today, we serve over 1,000 women and children every single day of the year — and that number continues to grow.

For many women, a warm, nutritious meal is the first step toward healing and hope, a doorway into wraparound supports that help them reclaim their lives. This year, help us raise $20,000 to expand our meals program and ensure no woman goes hungry.
