Formally known as Ride Don't Hide, this is the Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin's largest fundraising event.

Get ready to bike, walk, or roll your way through mental health awareness with Hope in Motion 2026.

We'll be offering a “choose-your-own-adventure” experience that allows you to participate on your terms and make a direct impact on the mental health and addictions programs and services provided within Peel Dufferin.
