Start/Finish Line
Help create a smooth and exciting start and finish for all participants! You’ll assist with set-up, participant flow, the water & snack station, and distributing medals and gifts.

• Manage participant check-in and queuing at the start
• Support the water/snack station and medal/gift distribution
• Help with finish-line operations and crowd management
• Assist with tear-down at the end of the event

Cheer Team
Be the energy of the event! Spread smiles, high-fives, and loud cheers to motivate every runner and walker on the course and around the start/finish area. This role is perfect for groups, families, or minors accompanied by a guardian. Bring your biggest smile and loudest voice!

• Provide enthusiastic encouragement and positive vibes all day
• Offer basic event information to participants and spectators
• Assist with general run operations as needed

Cycle Squad
Ride the course on your bike and be a mobile support hero! Cyclists must provide their own bike and helmet (and be comfortable riding the full course distance).

• Lead Cyclist: Ride just ahead of the first runners, alerting route marshals that participants are coming.
• Sweep Patrol: Ride behind the last walkers to ensure no one is lost or left on the course.

Route Marshal
Be the friendly guide and safety net on the course! Stationed at key spots around the event site and along the route, you’ll keep everyone on track and happy.

• Direct runners and walkers at turns and intersections
• Answer questions and provide event information
• Stay in contact with Run Staff as needed
• Cheer on participants as they pass by

Bag Check
Keep participants’ belongings safe and organized while they run!

• Accept and tag bags at drop-off
• Manage the secure storage area throughout the event
• Return bags efficiently and accurately at the end
• Help with set-up and clean-up of the bag-check area

Route Sweep (5k,10k,15k,21.1k)
Walk (or run) the 5K or 10K right behind the final participants and become an official event hero!

• Help keep the event on schedule
• Support the Course Manager by reporting the location of the last walkers
• Serve as a friendly point of contact and encouragement for back-of-the-pack participants
• Perk: Volunteers in this role receive a commemorative event medal!

Volunteer Superhero
Jump in wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly! Support start/finish, cheering, bag check, route marshals, or any spot that needs help. Bring your energy and flexibility, and be a true event hero!
