Sun Run 2026

Northern Beaches Council is excited to deliver the 16th annual Sun Run, an iconic event offering participation to all fitness levels.

Compete in either a 7km or 10km course from Dee Why to Manly Beach, taking in the picturesque views of the Northern Beaches coastline along the way.

Sun Run aims to help raise over $100,000 for numerous charities across Australia. Setting yourself a personal challenge is a great way to fundraise and help a cause close to your heart.

We look forward to seeing you at the start line on Saturday 31 January 2026.

Changes for the 2026 event - with the growing number of participants in the 10km event and our continued focus on ensuring safety and wellbeing both on course and at the finish line, prizes will no longer be awarded for the 7km event. If you wish to compete for a placing, please register for the 10km event.
