R&B Running Series

Proceeds from the 2026 R&B Running Series will support group therapy sessions and mental health resources for Black and other historically marginalized communities across the Sacramento region, helping offset costs and expand access to care. Last year’s proceeds were used to develop The Deeper Cuts Therapy Journal and Affirmation Cards.
