Since 1975, The Mustard Seed has been caring for neighbours in Greater Victoria experiencing hardship. Today, with food insecurity rising across our region, more individuals, seniors, and families are turning to us for support, and we now assist over 65,000 people each month.
Through our food bank, meal programs, and food distribution centre, we help ensure people have consistent access to nutritious food and essential supports. Funds raised through the Royal Victoria Marathon help provide groceries, prepared meals, and hope to those who need it most.
