Saturday, April 11, 2026

Rugged west coast trails around Sasamat and Buntzen Lakes, traversing the Diez Vistas ridge. Start and finish is at White Pine Beach on Sasamat Lake, in Belcarra Regional Park.
A maximum of 575 entries overall will be accepted due to permitting restrictions. There will not be a waitlist.
$10 from every registration goes to support Coquitlam Search & Rescue. Additional donations welcome. As well, a tree will be planted locally for every registration, in partnership with a Fraser Valley rehabilitation project.
Every racer receives a custom DV hoodie, a beer glass, an event tote bag, and a sticker, all featuring the DV logo, plus a post-race BBQ, soup, and sushi - all included with registration!
NOTE: Most CMTR events now offer ITRA points; UTMB points are no longer available.

Cancellation & Deferral Policy
There is no waitlist and no lottery. Entries are non-transferable, non-deferrable, and non-refundable (except with the optional Refund Protection), and there will be no race-day entries.
Bibs are not transferable to another runner under any circumstances.
Up to 30 days before race day, we can offer a 100% deferral of fees, towards another NOT YET SOLD OUT, Coast Mountain Trail Running (CMTR) event. **
Between 14 to 30 days before race day, we can arrange a 50% deferral of race fees, towards another NOT YET SOLD OUT, CMTR event. **
** Deferrals are only applicable for one calendar year from the race you transfer out of (meaning the race entry can't be deferred to the same race one year later). Entries can only be deferred a single time, to a single event.
Within 2 weeks of race day - No refunds. No deferrals. No exceptions.
Full refunds can ONLY be processed for anyone who selects the optional refund insurance during registration.
In the event of cancellation of the event for reasons including, but not limited to, weather, forest fires, acts of nature, war, strikes or other circumstances, Coast Mountain Trail Running will provide a limited refund and discount towards the same event in the following year. See full details here.
Thank you for your understanding and adherence to our race policies. We look forward to seeing you on race day!
