I'm writing with some disappointing news regarding the Charlotte Open Water Swim Championships.
Unfortunately with registration for the Championships remaining lower than needed to make the event financially feasible, I've made the difficult decision to cancel this year's race.
I know this is disappointing, especially for those of you who had already made plans to participate, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
