Each space includes a hot breakfast, premium views and a comfortable place to relax and celebrate post-run – the perfect spot to come together and soak up the atmosphere with colleagues or friends.
Whether you’re after a lively shared space for networking or a private room for medium to large groups, there’s a corporate hospitality option to suit your team. Package details and pricing are outlined below.
Note: Your hospitality registration is separate to your event registration. Only one representative is required to book on behalf of the group.

Shared Corporate Space
Celebrate together and mix with other teams in our indoor shared corporate hospitality space. With premium finish line and Swan River views, it’s the ideal spot to wait for your runners and enjoy the post-run atmosphere.
Your package includes a hot breakfast and refreshing soft drinks – perfect for relaxing, recharging and celebrating the win.
Elevated Runner Experience - Individual bookings allowing access to the shared corporate hospitality room that do not include reserved seating; seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Corporate Alliance Package - Group bookings allowing access to the shared corporate hospitality space. Your company will be allocated reserved 10‑seater tables, marked with a placeholder. Children’s pricing is not available.

Private Corporate Rooms
Our private corporate rooms are available for groups of 60 to 750 guests, with each package including a buffet-style breakfast and seated table arrangements.
Rooms vary in size and layout and may include racecourse views, outdoor access and private restroom facilities, subject to availability. Businesses may brand their room at their own cost, including décor, personalised table names and welcome teams, subject to approval by HBF and Gloucester Park.
