VOLUNTEERS Needed! Race day is 12 days away!
On Sunday October 4, 2026, BAM Adventures will host our 3rd Annual Run The Caves Trail Walk/Run at Warsaw Caves Conservation Area in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who can give us a few hours of their time to help make this event safe, fun and successful.
Students are welcome! This is a great opportunity to earn volunteer hours for school community-service requirements, credits, or badges. I am happy to verify and sign off on volunteer hours for students who need documentation for their school or youth program.
No race experience is necessary. We have a variety of jobs available, from registration and water stations to route marshals, finish-line support, set-up and clean-up.
Volunteers will receive snacks, lunch, beverages and a thank-you gift for helping out.
We especially need Route Marshals and General Event Support at Start/Finish line, so if you can help, please sign up!
Thank you for being part of our Run The Caves community and helping us raise funds for mental health services supporting youth and first responders.

There are volunteer positions that easily go-together with other positions. Reach out if you have any questions - and we can accommodate friends/family that want to volunteer together at a location/position! Some examples include: Aid Stn + Photographer + Clean-Up Crew, Set-Up Crew + Race Timer + Sweeper, and more. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Work and volunteers hours confirmation letter is provided for your school or work agency.
