Welcome to Lorne Surf Life Saving Club
Entries will open on 3 November for the Powercor Lorne Pier to Pub swim and the Powercor Lorne Mountain to Surf run
We’re famous for hosting the largest ocean swim in the world, the iconic Powercor Lorne Pier to Pub ocean water swim and Powercor Lorne Mountain to Surf run in January each year. Our Club, established in 1947, is located in the beautiful coastal town of Lorne on Victoria’s scenic Great Ocean Road. The Club is steeped in a proud history and tradition of surf lifesaving education, competition and patrolling through the wonderful community spirit of its volunteer members. You are always welcome to join as a member or just visit our Club. Tom's Bar, upstairs in the clubhouse is open most days during the summer season. Come and have a drink and bite to eat at the best location in Lorne.
You can now purchase great event merchandise!
We have a great new range of Pier to Pub and Mountain to Surf merchandise available, including Shark Bait and Mountain Goat (for the first time!). Place your order and items will be posted to you, usually within 2 weeks of your order. To order go to Event Merch (opens in a separate tab).
